Schwartz has received the AV Peer Review Rating,* a distinction he has held since 1984. Additionally, and prior to establishing his own firm, he worked as an insurance company investigator, adjuster, claims manager and defense attorney for three different insurance companies from 1964- 1967. In addition to extensive trial experience, attorney David J. Spira graduated magna cum laude from law school and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
